You can do something a little similar with G-Suite’s ‘groups’ but they’re not proper mailboxes and have all sorts of annoying quirks and gotchas. O365 group mailboxes act just like any other and can have as many owners and users as they like. The only real difference is that you can’t access them without going through a licenced users login.
